This place is incredible. The service is excellent, attentive but not over the top. All the waiters/waitresses are immaculately well trained and knowledgeable on wine and each course and not afraid to give a recommendation.
The food is immaculate, well presented without being pretentious. The grouse was local and the selection of Italian meats with freshly made pastry bread simply wonderful. The wine list is well chosen. The location nestled up in Harrow on the Hill is an ideal getaway set in picturesque surroundings with Harrow Old School just round the corner.
The atmosphere is light and bubbly perfect for the restaurant with the owner David Taylor setting the tone. His hospitality is admirable and genuine and his careful recommendations are polite, informative and very friendly. Make the effort it will be worth it and keep your fingers crossed for an Incanto II.

We have just returned from a lovely extended lunch here
Being based in central Harrow makes lunch choices limited, but we ventured further a field for your business lunch and I am so glad we did!
The food was beautiful and the service excellent
We were given time and spare, and never felt any pressure
would completely recommend to anyone
I have previously taken my little one to the deli for lunch and they have always been warm and welcoming!
Really great!!

My husband and I have been to Incanto quite a few times by now, and it is cleared that it is now officially our favourite restaurant in the whole of London!!! I went there a few days ago for my b-day and I have to say, IT MADE MY DAY!
You can't really fault them on their food, especially the meat. My husband had a 21-days matured rump steak and I lamb rack for our main course. The quality of meat is unbelievable, and the chef cooked them divine!
And the wine! We went with Mr David Taylor's suggestion to go for a full-flavoured Italian wine, not the cheapest of wine, but when compared to Central London restaurant prices, its nothing, and again, the quality is supreme and it goes very very well with our dishes indeed.
Must mention the service. Incanto's service is always excellent. The staff are always courteous and well prepared, making our evening there even more enjoyable. Never been disappointed with its service.
We've been to some Central London restaurants which charges a lot more, none of them came anywhere close to the satisfaction that Incanto always manage to offer us.
It is a delight to find such a niche restaurant in a nice area and without having to go into Central London!

Being a mother of three young children, I would like to congratulate Incanto on getting it just right with their younger diners. There are few high end places around which do not in some way manage to make my family feel like second class citizens. Either by fobbing us off on the menu with a "processed something and chips", or seating us in the most isolated part of the restaurant so that we don't 'disturb' other diners.
At Incanto, if you mention that you have children on booking, high chairs are present on arrival. My children love the homemade cheese sticks given while they wait for their main meal of fresh pasta. Their meal includes a free ice cream and if the friendly staff are not too busy, they will even walk my children around to the deli to choose their own flavours giving my husband and I a breather to finish our meals. A fantastic attitude and service that we haven't found anywhere else. Sunday lunch is a particularly popular time for bringing the children judging by the number of other young families there.
We have now moved slightly further away from Incanto but my little ones still ask regularly whether we can go to 'Canto for ice cream. Which we do when they've been good!

This is a wonderful restaurant. Food is consistently first class. Service is impeccable. David is a charming host and I would say the standard could not be bettered in a top London venue. Highly recommended. Francine Kaye

Very good food and attentive service. At the end of the evening the chef will sometimes come and speak with the customers. The decor is contemporary, bright and open and it has a nice friendly atmosphere. If you're visiting with a group of friends, the accoustics of the restaurant unfortunately mean that it can be difficult to follow the conversation because the background noise of glasses and culterly as well as other voices can be loud and distracting. A very enjoyable dining experience overall.

Incanto isn't just good, it's very good.
Tried to get a table on the night a few weeks ago but they were packed on a Saturday evening. So booked well in advance for BF's birthday. Ask for a table upstairs next the glass partition and you're perfectly placed to catch the great vibe from beautiful people mingling with serious foodies on the lower level.
Food was seriously delicious. For starters we shared a mixed meat platter freshly cut in the deli complete with pickles and chef's secret recipe parmesan bread fritters. BF's fillet steak disappeared so quickly that I never got a taste but my oxtail ravioli was great and you could really taste the fresh pasta. We couldn't fit in desserts but finished off with a round of perfectly executed cocktails.
Service was friendly and very helpful without being the least bit patronising. The mainly Italian wine list was extensive and a bit bewildering. I would have just gone for a safe Pinot Grigio, but our waiter adeptly steered us in the direction of a fantastic Gavi which I've never tried before.
At the end of the meal, we met owner David who spent some time chatting to each table which is a lovely touch.
Incanto is a place that really cares whether you have a good time from the moment you step in through the door to when they hand you your coat to leave. They get my vote any day and I will definitely return.
