Incredible food. I think it's Nepalese which may explain the subtle differences to your normal curry house. Exquisit. Cannot speak highly enough

the food and service were very good. I am Indian so I know what I am talking about. My sister is a coconut but even she loved the food - in fact she could'nt get enough of eating out of the palm of her hand. The food is not greasy or overpowering.
The seasoning is subtle - this is not a comment that can often be made of Indian food. The wine was reasonably priced and very good. We were at our table for 2.5 hours on a saturday night and at no point felt rushed or under pressure to leave.

Although it's priced about the same as any decent curry house (and looks like one too), the food is on another level: creative and distinctive while still being hearty in the way going for a curry should be. Every dish I've had there tastes as though the flavours have been really thought about, and it's nicely served without being remotely prissy. Friendly service too.

Superb all round, went last Thursday night and it was busy as it was the evening before good friday. This didn`t effect the quality of the food. Will definately be back

The finest Indian cuisine in North London.
Great ambience and helpful staff.
The Lamb Adraaki and the Lamb Bhuna are two of the finest dishes I have ever eaten in a curry house.
The lovely Kingfisher on tap goes down a treat.
Prices may be slightly higher than average but it is money well spent.
Thorougly recommend!

Superb fresh Indian home cooking. You can choose how spicy you would like your food. Staff delightful and helpful. Pleasant and charming ambience. Always an excellent evening out. We would not go to any other Indian restaurant.

This really is an exceptionally good Indian restaurant, the food is lovely and the staff very friendly. For someone who hates fish skin, the starter sea bass with its wonderfully crispy skin is lovely and really should be a main course. The worry for many us is that Indian cooking can be calorific so try the Mali Makka Tikka - great chunks of grilled fish heavenly spiced. It is very filling so could be shared easily with a partner, a veg dish, rice and paratha. The mint paratha is good - a rare find. I have tried most of the dishes and have not been disappointed once. Price - Starters, main course and wine (around £47 for two.
