I came here with a couple of friends on a Wednesday. Nice cosy atmosphere and a satisfactory experience for a budget price chain restaurant. The waiter who served us was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was full and lively too.

My spinach and ricotta ravioli was absolutely gorgeous!! I usually am the type of person who never clears my plate but this is one of the rare times that I did! I even had a few mouthfuls of dessert, which was an almond tart with ice cream. It was nice but too big and was supposed to be warm but wasnt. My friends had some pasta dish I think but they weren't impressed with it, but they both had the choc pudding for dessert and liked that.

Overall a nice evening though.

out of franchise italian restaurants, I like zizzi most for its better taste and nice shops(been to zizzi in marylebone and covent garden). If you can use voucher, it could be a nicer deal.

Never been to this chain before and went to this branch with the buy one get one free offer. Zizzi’s boasts about its special ovens on the menu so it was an obvious choice to try the pizzas. Unfortunately, they were a big disappointment. Though the ingredients seemed fresh enough, both of the pizzas we ordered were really too dry, stingy on the toppings and lacking in flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this chain for pizzas - even with the special offer.
