Giraffe (Chiswick)

Quite disappointed. Nachos were pants with hardly any toppings. Small portions for the dips. The salad that accompanied the mains were a waste of time. Burrito was satisfactory. Service was very polite and nice. But why is it so hard to produce and provide nice food.....???? I won't go back, poor food and overpriced.

MAIN MEAL at Girrafe- Tasteless and Overpriced. I had to wait ages for a tasteless, over buttered steak.

DESSERT- HORRID!!! This was a total disappointment and an absolute waste of money. The Pecan and apple crumble with ice cream and ginger came on a hot platter. It looked burnt, but I was told that was how it was supposed to look. On my first bite I could confirm it was a lot worse than I feared. It had so much ginger in it and was so dry that it almost gave me indigestion. The only thing that kind of helped was the vanilla ice cream that it was served with.

SERVICE- Fake grins. To be honest the service was not that bad, the staffs were polite enough. Yet, with the poor food quality and lack of attention by staff did not provide an incentive to tip- although I did give them a tiny tip it anyway, as I am accustomed to doing so.

ATMOSPHERE-To loud and plastiky to have a quality meal
