Prezzo (Euston)

We go there once a month as quite a large group ranging from 8 people up to 12 people. We have always found the food to be lovely and the service unhurried (which we like) and the staff friendly. I can't understand why some people think it's terrible - we have always had a good experience there. Perhaps it's because we always go at the weekend and it's not as busy?

Been to Prezzo a few times. The staff are friendly - if overworked. Some people bitch about the slow service but that is the continental way. Much better than being rushed. The food is wholesome if uninspired. As a veggie most restaurants do not over provide but there is a good choice here. The welcome always feels genuine. I have no problems hosting business lunches or dinners here.

I work nearby, and eat here every couple of months. Why? Because there are so few options in the Euston neighborhood. It won't win any awards from me for food, service, atmosphere or value, but neither is it a dive. If you're too hungry or cold or tired to walk up the road to Pizza Express, well here it is.

Just eaten at this so called Italian style restaurant, and, apart from the service, that's about as much as it has to do with Italy. The food takes ages to be served, the service is appalling (and in some cases rude) and over priced for small portions. There is no respect for the customer in this place. Also, don't go their as a group, you WILL be treated badly. However, they do make a good cup of coffee (late).

Service was terrible. I understand that some people go during lunch hour and like a quick service, but having your food swiped away from under you while you are still eating is a bit over the top.

When the food eventually (as we then had to wait over half an hour for the main course) arrived...it was COLD, tasteless, and my party were blamed for getting the order wrong.

If I wanted tasteless fast food...I would have gone to McDonalds. It's a hell of a lot cheaper. And the service is better. Nice big happy clown would have made my day!!

Really good reaustarant, i have been there many times, the pizza and pasta are good while the burger is one of the best i ve had. The atmosphere is nice and the prices are really good. No second thoughts , visit it.
