Mr Fish

I had found Mr. Fish online prior to my visit to London from 7 to 12 August 2011 and was planning at least one visit to their restaurant on 9 Porchester Road.

The fish (haddock) was very well cooked and very delicious. The chips were in a league of their own and the tartar sauce completed the meal. Service was efficient and very pleasant.

My only regret is and was that my appetite was too small and that I didn't have the time to come back for seconds. I noticed that the menu also comprised a fish burger which I would have liked to try as well.

I highly recommend Mr. Fish at Porchester Road if you are going to London. I will make an effort to come back more than once, next time I am in town.

I am a regular customer at Mr Fish, Porchester Road.

The fish and chips are fresh, delicious and quite simply the best available.

The service is excellent and friendly. The restaurant is clean and comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere and there is never any pressure to leave after the meal has been enjoyed.

One of the best fish and chips I have ever had in London for a very reasonable price. The service was very excellent and friendly. I highly recommend it. Make sure you get the large size dish. You will definitely finish it.

Read one review to say it's empty and disappointing.

I am a regular customer of Mr Fish and can tell you it's always busy and especially after the recent refurbishment and the new menu.

The quality is always superb and cannot fault the friendly yet smart service.

Great value for money. Keep it up Mr Fish.

We actually had our meal in the Mr Fish at Salusbury Road, but seen as it's the same chain... It was really great! It was really cheap, but the quality was superb! The fish was delicious, and the waitress showed us an offer to get the same meal for an other (lower) price. The spotted dick as dessert was lovely too: when I'm back in London I'll definitely go back!
