Busaba Eathai

We were really disapointed with our meals last night, we have eaten here before and it was pretty average, but a second time round we are sad to say it hasn't got any better. The restaurant has a nice interior, it's well designed but it's a shame it doesn't have good food and service to match. Really poor, won't be going again.

We enjoyed a delicious meal here recently.

The atmosphere is great - really cool, interesting decor, nice insence being burnt at the entrance.

Staff are pleasant and helpful, and the food superb - much better than Waggamamma's!

Good beer as well.

Great value for such high quality cuisine. I can't wait to go back!

Very highly recommended.

well, went to Busaba for lunch with my boss and my colleagues, and oh my god- all the staff look sooooooo miserable, so gloomy. None of them were smiling, it looked almost painful to watch.

The food was very tasty though, served promptly and the portions were reasonable. But the waiting staff looked so unhappy, it kind of spoilt the whole experience ( and it was a first for us). They would hardly speak to each other, and you could sense a really bad atmosphere between them. No eye contact, no smile etc.. this reflected in the service. The waitress took the plates away while some of us very still eating (how rude) and she was just pleasant enough. It is a great shame, because there is a lot of competition in the area for Thai/Jap cuisine in the area, and Busaba ( tho less than a year old) definitely did not stand out for us. Please note they don't serve desserts, and they expect a tip even though the service is rubbish.
