had a very similar experience in this pretentious place. I should have know when I was quizzed at the door before being let in (FYI - It would be hard to mistake me for an ASBO).

We waited an hour for our reserved table, then had to raise our hands at the waitress to even get water.

The food was atrocious. The burger bap was made of cheap white bread and the meat was questionable. When I asked for dessert, they said they only had creme brulee left! I took it, it was good, but I had wanted chocolate. Then I asked for a peppermint tea and they gave me an IKEA mug with mint leaves floating in water.

Stay away!

I was wary about going to what is essentially a bar for brunch and what I quickly learned is that I had reason to be. The place was empty. We waited 10 minutes to even receive menus from the surly staff. The food came out an hour later, completely cold. Don't eat here.
