Went there for late Sunday lunch. Blackboard based menu, so choice is limited but I think that is a good thing for a gastro pub. Chilled out atmostphere, great food, great service, good range of beer and wines. Pefect Sunday afternoon

The East Hill is a top London "village" pub with a food offering to die for. The atmosphere is great with a really social clientel. The menu is only on blackbords and for the main dished you get to choose your sides free of choice. The desserts are obviously all home made great in taste and even better in size but don't share as they will give you two desserts for £5. The dining area is segmented partially from the rest of the pub with a great terrace for the hot summer nights. The best thing about the pub is the staff all eager to help and you never have to ask. Highly recomend this pub to anybody. High in quality and great on value!!
