We dined at this restaurant on Saturday and were impressed with the quality of food and service. Goa Food Festival was on and the duo played delightful music. I had the Salmon Peri Peri, my partner the Prawn Balchao on Sannas. We had the chicken Xacuti and Vindalo, which was out of this world. Never had anything like this yet. The manager insisted to try the Goa dessert "BEBINCA". Superb. One must try this restaurant to believe. Nothing like this in the whole triangle. We wish them the very best.

The service I received in this restauarant was extremely poor! I went on a Sunday night with 5 friends and there was only another table of 2 there however it took over 1 1/2 hours for the main courses. The waiter didn't seem to care even when we enquired as the standard reponse was that the food was coming.
The food was not even worth the wait as the portions were small and either tasteless or too spicy.
I would certainly not go back there.

We were seated at a nice table for two in the window, ordered a large beer and some popadoms and felt quite at home. The menu has all the usual dishes plus some more unusual choices. We ordered from a set menu as we were using vouchers from the recent 'taste telegraph' offer. I was lucky enough to try a medium spiced chicken dish with underlying flavours of ginger...delicious. My boyfriend tried a lamb lentil dish which again was tasty and a bit different from what we'd usually order. The naan breads were also good. The service was quite leisurely but it gave us a chance to enjoy the food and drink. I will definately go again and will look out for any specialities they add to the menu.
