YO! Sushi (02 Centre)

This has been the third time I persuaded myself to give Yo!Sushi another chance and see if something has changed for better. Unfortunately, always the same story. As a business idea of Mr Woodroffe (founder of Yo!Sushi) its really fantastic. As a dining experience... Neither the chefs nor the staff have probably trained, and neither seem to be interested to try a real sushi. I always have the impression that nothing here is Japanese. If you admire Japanese food for the freshness and for the distinctive flavours of the Japanese ingredients, pay a little bit more and go to NOBU, ZUMA, ROKA, or KIKUCHI. Or go to Japan, where you find many conveyor sushi restaurants for lover price and much, much better quality.

Used to be a fun place to go with the kids but since the introduction of the new menu in Jan 2007 ,you now have to wait up to 30 mins for the cooked food to be delivered.As this is a fast food gaff , the turn round should be much quicker.

In 2004 when we first went the place flowed and the staff were all very interactive but now they seem dis-enfranchised and don't care as the senior management seem to have gone awal and lost the plot forgetting that a fast food resturant should be just that and not one where you find your Chicken Katsu and Yakitori Sticks arriving 20 mins after the kids are bored waiting.

My kids used to love it , now its avoid , avoid , avoid.

I don't rate the food here at all. Not only is it overpriced, but the quality isn't that great either. I've had a much better dining experience at Cafe Japan in Golders Green.

Food is ok, but the price is so expensive, you have to pay a fortuen to fill yourself up. Definitely don't recommend it to anyone, especially poor students, unless of course your filthy rich.

it is revy coroududid sometimes but a big varuyaty of flavors so you ar lucky if vegertarian. it is sotabul for meat eters ,vegans,vegertarians and fish eaters .So its intriging to see whats on the meany today .

despite a half price voucher, being famished, and queing for half an hour this was not a great experience. the sushi is no more than average. it obviously looks quickly put together, but then i suppose you get what you half pay for. i certainly would never go again and pay the regular price. the unlimited water was nice though.

this great resturant is perfect for a nice healthy lunch the atmosphere is great the food is fresh the service is great its ideal for teenagers and adults i dont thnik kids would want raw fish ?

Having been a member of the gym in the 02 centre I frequented this Yo! sushi restaurant. They even offered a 10% discount to Esporta members. The problem here is that there is extremely high turnover and each new person they hire seems to speak less and less English, and they don't recognize the 'regulars' which is frustrating.

The quality of food here seems to be poorer than other Yo! Sushi restaurants but they certainly do keep busy making things all day long.

They had a problem with people not getting their orders or waiting 20 minutes to receive them, but I think that's been sorted for the most part. This place is more for kids and it's noisy because it is amongst everything else in the 02 center.

I use the delivery service on occasion and it always takes over an hour to receive, and like others have said....the quality is not that great.

the food at yo sushi! is truly delicious. there is a big turnover so food is fresh and doesn't tend to sit on the conveyor belt for hours. it is a really fun place to eat and it's great being able to watch the talented chefs cook as you eat. individual portions are small, which means you can try a variety of dishes and flavours. the restaurant is always packed and the atmosphere can be slightly unrelaxing due to the noise levels, but a great place to get a bite to eat with friends.
