Bustling and lively atmosphere catering for the eclectic clients of selfridges. At busy times you may have to queue for five minutes max and the service may be slightly slower than expected. However, service is secondary, as any requests from the menu are quickly prepared on request to the chef. Food is of a consistantly high standard and the fish is always delived fresh and in perfectly manageable sized portions. Continously excellent for a quick but satisfying meal. *****

Great for a quick stop. Nice location, express style seating rather then lounging. Overall great place with suprisingly very good music. Good place to go if you want to get away from the 'common' Yo Sushi outlets.

Okay, I've lived in London for 2 1/2 years and never went to Yo! Sushi. The conveyor belt, though, quirky (and now trendy) put me off. Starving on Oxford Street, however, I was forced to succumb to my hunger and venture it. It's always full of people so it can't be too bad, right? As a fairly experienced sushi connoisseur, I can honestly say that this place offered some the of the worst sushi that I have ever had. I don't even know where to begin. Many of the pieces were not sliced properly - too thick on one side, too thin on the other. A couple of the pieces were far too chewy (poor quality fish?) The tuna roll tasted fishy and dirty. Yuck! The rice wasn't even good. It tasted like they just boiled it rather than adding the sugar/vinegar concoction (or whatever it is) that gives the rice added pizzazz and texture. Plus, the edamame had no flavour and were tough. I'm never going here again. I've had better sushi from supermakets. For the same price, Itsu sushi is about 10,000 times better.
