Just went to this place (now called the Barbican Tandoori). It is without a doubt the best curry we've had in a long time and we are already planning our next visit. Admitedly the service was very poor. It took 1.5 hrs to have just the starter and main from a lunchtime special menu but it was worth the wait when it did arrive.

I've always loved my currys but having my meal at this place i lost my appetite because the chichen madras tasted like tomato ketchup, oh and the service was very poor. Its deffintly NOT a place that i would dine again. i had better meals with high standards around the area...

a new restaurant where the staff are extremely eager to please. we almost didn't want to submit a review because we like to think of this place as our secret. however the food is definitely worth shouting about. highlights include the most succulent. moist chicken tikka you will ever encounter. a wonderful plum chutney served with the poppodums and curries that always hit the spot everytime. Top quality ingredients, perfectly flavoured. Service is another strong point. This restaurant is highly recommended and great value for money.
