Absolutely appalling experience. Took my mum for lunch before theatre on saturday. I had Calamari for starter: completely over-cooked, not even rubbery - just hard rings of 'squid' with a little bit of batter. We both ordered Spinach, avocado and parmesan salads with crispy prosciutto for main course. Priced at nearly £8. A teensy plate with a bed of spinach leaves, a couple of slivers of avocado and parmesan arrived... and barely-cooked English back bacon. Sent these back and they were brought out again with 'crispy' English back bacon. Complained and the starter and one main was removed. Another table were complaining about the size of their 'salad' as well. Awful awful awful.

Service was okay, but only in so much as the waitress took the salads back to the kitchen immediately and the manager didn't quibble with my request not to be charged for most of the food.

Disgusting. Don't waste your money going there.

I was there last night as part of a hen party, the service was appalling, staff were rude, abrupt and very unhelpful.

The food was served to us cold, when we asked staff to heat it up their response was there's nothing wrong with it.

The karaoke with the restaurant is awful aswell, staff were walking through our private hire room with dirty, smelly bin bags.

Stay away from this restaurant and karaoke. Over priced and disgusting.

Bloody awful. Avoid it like the plague!!!!!!

We booked this restaurant based on the review from Fluid London who advertised this as top ten venue ideal for pre/post meals for those wanting to have an evening out at the theatre.

We booked two weeks in advance for a table for ten people as we were entertaining guest from Germany, Sweden, Faroe Islands and Finland. Things did not bode well as when we arrived we were told that the kitchen was closed and that they were not aware of our booking, despite us finding it in black and white in their desk diary. At this point things went from bad to worse, the service was absolutely appalling with starters being forgotten and drinks being slopped over the table, food when it arrived was awful and as for the lasagne… words fail me.

NEVER AGAIN!

We went there a little while ago for a quick lunch and were really impressed. Nice service and really very tasty food at a great price.

Curse my luck. Went on a (first) date with a girl and met her in a pub nearby. We had a few drinks, the conversation flowed and she suggested we find somewhere to eat that wasn't the pub we were in. I agreed and so we followed our noses until we stumbled across this place. Menu looked ok & they had space, in fact it was pretty quiet. We should have known better, good (even average) restaurants are rarely so empty.

Can't bring myself to relive the full trauma of the experience but suffice to say that the service was ordinary, the food terrible (think microwave meals from the supermarket) and the bill extraordinary given the service and meals received.

Needless to say, this rather knocked the wind out of our sails. I never saw her again! Not blaming the restaurant entirely, but I can say hand on heart it's one of the worst eating experiences I've had not just in London but anywhere.

As with everyone else - The food was awful! I only ate it because i was starving! but I would not recommend you go here! despite the location this should not be a reason to go! There are so many other Italian places which are so much better.

The food we had came out luke warm and just had no care and thought put into it.

Please avoid!

I had lunch here recently and it was up there with the worst meals i have ever had in london. Both the food and the service are terrible.

Our waitress was overworked, incompetent and had a bad attitude. My pizza was simply disgusting. It was undercooked, and the base had obviously been purchased rather than made on site. I asked for the pizza to be cooked longer, which they did but it disintegrated once they brought it back. All of the food i saw on other people's tables looked similarly awful.

The restaurant is clearly aimed at tourists who are walking down piccadilly - hence the lack of effort all around. AVOID
