went to the boulevard last night, what can i say but very very disappointing my guest had to send the soup back twice because it was not hot enough.
waited 25 minutes for our mains and when we did get them they were not what we ordered sent them back and waited even longer (maybe the kitchen was not firing on all cylinders that night) the guys at the boulevard have to lift there game.

"AWFUL.The food was awful, the starters were dissappointing as my partner had the soup which he resorted tasted very similer to the ready made supermarket brands.
My foie gras was very good.
The 30 minute for our burgers is not acceptable, and when we finally recieved them they were dry and overcooked and saltly. (it is very hard to get a burger wrong).
there was a ton of salt on everything, you couldn't taste the spinach for the salt.
i tell everyone i know to avoid this place like the plague.
forget it......never again

i had dinner here with my girlfriend on saturday and really enjoyed it. staff were friendly and attentive. food was delicious although i didn't realise that booking on this website entitles you only to a very limited menu. fortunately for us we loved what was on it (apart from desert; ice cream or peach something or other was pleasant but hardly exciting). this smaller menu was, however, very reasonably priced for the quality of the grub.
it's a cool, relaxed venue serving great food at great value.

Very well layed out restaurant/bar (no differentiating areas) with good service and great ambiance. Food was dissapointing though although not inedible. Fois Gras for starters was average and both the duck and the steak were quite dry and not really enjoyable. Would recommend for cocktails before going elsewhere for dinner.

Amazing! Colcester oisters and Dorset lamd in the middle of Soho!! You have to try! Very quality time and an adeguate service from a well traning staff make this place my favorite in the West-end. 9/10

Service is friendly in the main but dreadfully, dreadfully slow! When we ordered our blue steaks we thought the chap who took our order had taken the cows out to graze! Come on guys – 30 minute wait for two blue steaks is not acceptable and the crumbled crackers don’t exactly set-off the quality of the cheese served for dessert.
Crumbled crackers and slow service aside, the quality of the food is OK and the ambiance is friendly and relaxed. That said, with so many other, better establishments in the local vicinity (higher quality of food, quicker service and better all-round value for money) I can safely say that we won’t return.

We went to the Boulevard last night, I'd rate it as 'OK'.
Smoking is allowed anywhere in this restaurant which is quite odd/old fashioned unless passive smoking is your thing; the next table to us (within a hairs breadth) puffed away like Billy O, not nice. We ordered a cheese course and one of these cheeses was distinctly sweaty, when we mentioned this to the waitress she snaped back with "that's the way it is". On a positive note, good Foie and excellent chips!
Another visit? No.

The Boulevard has been my number 1 restaurant for the last year, but during the 1st few months of this year quality the food dropped on a few occasions. However I went in last tuesday and had the best steak I have ever had, my guest had the smoked haddock rarebit and also said it was amazing. After speaking to the lovely manager we realised they had a new chef. Which pleases me no end. Well done the boys at Boulevard!!!

I absolutly love this place, I find it the perfect venue to take a group of your mates to, especially for a birthday or something like that. The food and service are always excellent and the atmosphere are second to none. I for one will continue spend my hard earned money there for as long as it exists.

Most of us liked the food, but if you are looking for an enjoyable evening DO NOT choose this restaurant. The manager who served us for the first part of the meal was the most unpleasant man. After individually upsetting 4 out of our 12 guests we asked him to not to come near our table again after which our evening improved.
