your comments review this restaurant and win a bottle of champagne

The new menu is both poor in taste and value. Its not freshly cooked when you order it - if, my apologies as it tastes so watery and bland.

I wont be back, when theres so much choice in London. The service was so robotic and flat.

One of good restaurants in London and around Hampstead has changed the menu, which is much better than expected.

Had been to restaurant with my friends on 21 feb for my birthday. Wow the staff at this restaurant made it truly a memorable one for me.To toast we were served with a round of champagne which kick start our glorious evening.

The ambience coupled with service made all my friends so happy that they have started recommending to most of their friends. On good part they have started with delievery service, so if not possible to make it restaurant, try the food and get convinced to visit the place.

Guys, here I come again and Thank you for this !!!!!!!!!

I completely dont understand why the below reviews say that the food is not good...

I think people dont know what is Indian Cuisine and hence they dont appreciate it.The new menu is absolutely brillant with some more options for food .

Well done for chefs who reviewed and added some more dishes. For me Paneer Tikka and prawns were delicious. Also Chicken Madras is very good.

Perhaps its sad to read from people that they didnt like this food. But I will recommend this restaurant to much improved food and service from new staff.

Also with some very good offers on , give a try and wont regret . Thank you chef and the entire team for it.

I have been using the Bombay B C for ten years most winter Fridays. No more. The food is now made centrally, the menu has been down sized so they have less to warm up. When they do warm it up it is rather unpleasant. Goodbye old friend.

I had been to this restaurant with my wife on 20 january. The food was good with prawns best one. The murgh masala was fine but the roti was not good compared to other restaurants around.

The service offered by waitress was horrible. If you can believe the bombay bicycle club is one of the well known restaurants in town, but waitress was serving as if she is doing a favour on us. I have been to many good restaurants around but never seen a waitress serving with chewing gum in the mouth. The entire time we were in the restaurant she was just chewing the gum. It seems that she is not bothered about the customers and not intrested to work. The body language indicated that the staff at this restaurant are hired before the shift which is disappointing for such a good restaurant.

Looking at her we lost our intrest to enjoy the food.

I think the staff needs to be trained and the ones who are not intrested needs to be moved out. Does all Bombay Bicycle has same staff all across its restaurants? Recommended if you want to be served in a casual and disappointing way !!!!!The ambience and food made us feel worth the money we paid and we wont regret our visit only if we didnt came across such a horrible waitress .We wont be back to this restaurant if the same waitress is serving us !
