Not at all happy ! Food- Ordinary, Service- Poor! Money - High!

The ambiance is pretty good...but not worth efforts to have a satisfied meal!

Bombay Bicycle Club was fantastic at the beginning and remains nothing better than an average curry house. They've gone downhill. Poor value and tired/dirty establishment. I wont eat here again until they fix the toilet!

Terrible. Having had a great meal at the Chelsea branch, I tried this one at Holland Park Ave. They were poles apart. Service was ok, but food was very disappointing. Biryani was tepid, with little meat, and most bizarrely of all there were no vegetables with the biryani sauce. So it was basically rice, a bit of meat, and some liquid - completely different dish to the one I had at Chelsea. No hot trays, no hot towels with the bill, no draught lager. About a tablespoon full of chutney came with the poppadoms (between two), which arrived without ordering (so assumed they were gratis) yet appeared on the bill. But the prices are sky high (£12 for the biryani alone). The menu was also quite limited. Was sat opposite the desk and could overhear/see that the staff were rushed and struggling. Place could also do with a good clean and spruce up of the worn and dirty decor, particularly the toilets.

Do not eat here if you want a good curry at a good price.

This chain really is the pits at the moment, typified by my recent experience of waiting 10 mins for a pre-booked table and then 40mins for starters to arrive. I was only there because of many issues faced as a customer of the takeaway outlet in Battersea. Sorry, now I will stay away.

I had been to this restaurant recently and what a wonderfull experience it was. We had a table booked for 12 people an undoubtly i feel i havent done any mistake getting my family to come to this restaurant for a get together. The food was excellent especially the onion bhajees in the starters and murg masala in the main course my personal favourites. The waiter was excellent with his suggestions and the manager who helped us the story behind the bombay bicycle club. The only word i can say is EXCELLENT!

The Bombay Bicycle Club is a "Holland Park Indian". There is nothing that I can really complain too much about. the service was fine and the food good and well cooked. But ultimately bland. The food lacked spice and character. I left thinking that this was an Indian for the tastes of people who don't like spicy food, and would much prefer to go to my local Indian for a fraction of the cost.

I went to this restaurant after hearing a lot about them. The food was good for me. The service was also fine. The restaurant was almost full. I think the price is bit too high. So, if they bring down the price than that would be nice. Otherwise evrything is fine. I would definately recomend this place to people who want good food with good service. However the managers seems to be busy with themselves and have no time for their guests which is dissapointing. That's why I am giving only 6 for the service.
