Marzano(Battersea)

No way!

We went there on saturday night and ordered a linguine scoglio and rigatoni ragu.

Well, the pasta was obviosly pre-cooked as arrived after 3 minutes we ordered.

No taste, overcooked, it seemed like eating the worst mashmellow ever!

Well...the staff on the floor was very nice and helpfull must say, but they definetly have to change the chef i am afraid!

Terrible. Went there today for lunch and was charge a hideous amount for a margarita pizza with two extra toppings. The extra toppings which cost a total of £ 3 per pizza were so sparce I could count the number of peperoni (5) and Mushrooms (7). A lunch of 2 pizzas, a soft drink each and coffee came to £ 30. I could have gone to Buona Sera across the road and had all that for half the price and it would have been 10 times better.

My wife and I have been several times, usually late on a Sunday night. Fantastic service, superb food and a great atmosphere!

As for the comments in another review about Yummy Mummy's and screaming kids - it is located in Nappy Valley, so what do you expect!

Strange place this one. It's incredibly popular and during the weekend it's basically a creche filled with Yummy Mummy's and screaming kids.

Food is OK but it's what makes my girlfriend and I go back time and time again (despite the fact we cannot stand screaming brats) are their grilled tiger prawns.

We've travelled the world and I'm still yet to have prawns better than I've had in Marzano. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't go back, but as they are there, I do. It's as simple as that.

Have been there a number of times and have always had good service and an enjoyable meal. Took my team there for Christmas last year and they have chosen to go back this year
