Caffe Nero (Barnes)

I love Caffe Nero. It is probably the best chain of caffes in London.

However, the Barnes branch is so disappointing.

I ordered a Panini which I picked up myself from the fridge and left with something else! When I went back they almost laughed at me and couldn't understand what was wrong! The girl was soooo rude, I felt like throwing the panini in her face!!!! I couldn't get my money back until my husband said he would call head office and asked for the waitress' name! I still think you can get the best coffee and sandwiches but the service in Barnes is not acceptable.
