Caffe Nero (Canary Wharf)

I disagree with the first reviewer - Caffe Nero in Canary Wharf is a really pleasant place to spend time and money - the food is great (try the Raspberry and White Chocolate Muffins) and the coffee is divine. Great for people watching too and much better than Starbucks in a great number of respects (Starbucks is totally enclosed in glass - very stifling)

The staff are very friendly - I've got to know a few of them over the last couple of years and the current manager is just super. It should be borne in mind that for some, English is not their first language and perhaps the language barrier is causing difficulties for them being totally comfortable with the customers.
