This branch used to be excellent. But has gone downhill recently, partly due to rude and obnoxious staff . I should probably not go into details, but I have heard some unbelievable rudeness to customers in the last few weeks, (while waiting in the queue) The branch next to Sainsbury's has much more polite staff !

I used to go to this Cafe but stopped. Although the Coffe is as you would expect, staff are friendly but there are a few that just have not got a clue and worst of all it is really really smokey and stinks badly of wet dog!

I have been enjoying a cup of coffee at this particular Chiswick branch of Cafe Nero for over three years. It is in a great location, with wonderful atmosphere and a very continental feel. But most of all, it enjoys great management. Barbara is extremely good with customers, keeps the place very clean and tidy, and always manages to smile. The assistant manager, Snejana, is also a very sunny person and both prepare an excellent cup of coffee. They also help new staff, very expertly, to quickly become competent and efficient. Not surprisingly, the cafe attracts some pretty familiar screen and theatre names.
