How weird,, looking for the address in order to write a quick email to the company. Echo the other revieer
In the big scheme of things, not sure it matters, but the staff are so rude and look as though they wish you'd just bu**er off anywhere else, that I'm going to go to one of the other 100 coffee shops in the area. OK, not an exciting job, but if you don't like it, try doing something else less 'customer facing'

What a shame the staff are surly, curt and take too many orders at one time. Nearly every morning this week I've had to send my order back because it's wrong and there's no smile or apology. Only a month ago I was thinking how good the service was there, but a change in staff has certainly changed the atmostphere.
