I have to agree with everyone who has already reviewed this restaurant. I am so pleased to see that so many other people agree with me that this place is a real find. Service is superb - they always remember you and are very attentive, but never too much so. Food fantastic and a great variety. Wine also good and very reasonably priced. I am so glad I only 2 minutes away, as I couldn't ask for a better local restaurant - do give it a try!

Excellent food, good range of Lebanese specialities with plenty of tasty spiced chicken and lamb. Particularly impressive array of starters to sample 'tapas style'.

Service is also very attentive, restaurant is quite small so be sure to book on busy nights.

This restaurant is superb. I have driven past it on many occasions and decided to pop in last night for dinner with a friend. The food was delicious- there is something for everyone, the wine tasted great and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I highly recommend it.

I went to Cedar upon recommendations from this very website. Both myself and the other half are fans of the lebonese eatery, we have covered a few in and around the city. It took roughly over an hour to travel from East London To South Wimbledon but the journey was justified! The Food/Wine/Service was great. We always choose a number of starters and some meat so their is a lot a variety to choose from, the food is fresh, well cooked and full of flavour. If you want to experience the best Lebonesse restuarant in the city then this is the place to be. Highly Recommended!

We've been going to this absolute gem of a restaurant for a few years now - and it just seems to improve with age. Well hosted, a carefully chosen menu, quick- but not over fast - service and the range of tastes? Well, either hot or cold dishes give an absolute distinct flavour which lasts with you for a long time. We often but three dishes each, share them, but would kill for the two sausage dishes that are a must. Proper hummus, home made tsatsiki and salads that tingle! Prices will not harm your pocket - you can eat well for £13-14 per head, I promise.

Oh, and drink the wine slowly so that you feel mellow!!

This is a friendly family run restuarant which we have been going to for a couple of years. The atmosphere is one of a bazaar without being overpowering - you sit against the walls surrounded by cushions, tapestries, palm trees and rather an impressive display of traditional bongs above the bar. The restuarant is small so always best to book. It is a suitable venue for a romantic dinner for two or more lively gatherings. The menu is extensive with a large choice of hot and cold mezze, with main courses of traditional grilled meats, kebabs and fish. Dessert comes automatically and is always a suprise - from fresh sliced oranges to baklava - or a glass of liquer! There is also a good wine list - i recommend trying the Lebanese red which are suprisingly good or a cold glass of Lebanese beer. Price can be up to £35 per head incluing drinks and service but is well worth the money as the quality (and quanitiy!) of food is fantastic. I would recommend this over any of the middle eastern west end restuarants and although its a bit of a trek out of town its right by South Wimbledon tube station so easy to get to.
