Skorpios Restaurant

Awesome.

I have been going to Skorpios for over 20 years.All my previous girlfrieds loved the place. I would tell them that we are going out tonight to eat. When we turned up outside they all said the same ''Im not eating in that Caff....you tight fisted $%&*$ !''. But after a few Ouzo's and a huge T-bone the ladies were always impressed with the quality. I love going to Skorpios but I never seem to remember leaving! The vibe in there is that good.S do yourself a favour.... get off your lazy **** and down there and sample some genuine Cypriot cuisine. There's only one better Greek restaraunt in London. And that's my mums gaff!

I have been going to Skorpios for many many years. Our staff christmas party is always at Skorpios and also many other celebrations. The Owners and the Staff are very very friendly people. In all the years I have eaten at Skorpios I have never ever had a problem. The food is always fresh. In fact if we ever go to another restaurant (because someone else has booked it) I'm not very happy as I don't enjoy it. No other restaurants food can compare with Skorpios. I have been to a couple of famous peoples restaurants and yes they were good but by no means up to the standard of Skorpios.

i have been going to this restaurant since i was knee high and parents before then we have become close friends with the owners wel now there sons who run the food is always fantastic and well presented best greek food in london, always go back time and time again. meze is to die for and well priced.

would highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic greek food.

On the recommendation of my barber I went there a couple of weeks ago with my wife and our friends. To look at, you'd walk past it thinking it was a massage parlour, but don't let the external appearance fool you. As you step inside you feel immediately as if you're in a cafe in Cyprus - even though Louis' accent is more Seven Sisters than Seven Vestal virgins!

As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we spotted several people from our area, and they said they had been coming to the restaurant for about 15 years, so that was an encouraging start.

The meze starter (fot two) is just incredible - we had to use the window sill next to our table to have enough room for the dishes, all freshly made and all wonderful, and a bargain at the price. The kleftico fell off the bone, and the accompaniments were perfectly cooked.

The service was a little slow, but that allowed us to take our time with the meal and we felt that at the end of the evening we certainly had had our money's worth.

Definitly going back, and we'll have the meze main course this time!

I used to go to this family run restaurant as a young girl with my family, I still go there now. The food is consistantly fantastic. A warm and cosy friendly place. The Steaks are to die for. I have travelled to many places on holiday and I always find myself comparing the food especially the Steaks to Skorpios & Have never found one that beats it.

Steve & loucas are always there to greet you.

This is my favourite restaurant in London. I used to live a few hundred yards away and visited a couple of times a week for great food and great social. A family business and they care about you the cusomer. If you go there give Lucas Steve and everyone my love Brian Rangeley
