Truly dreadful chain of cafes. I'm surprised trading standards haven't knocked on their door in light of their bogus 'organic' claims. Overpriced, dishonest, painfully slow service, rip off prices. Can only assume that the few positive reviews on this website have been written by the company itself. Noticed on Saturday that the one in Wimbledon has shut down - can only hope the rest go the same way.

Really nice atmosphere and great coffee. Enjoyed the wrap I had and would definately come back again. A nice change from the regular coffee shop.

what do you mean "all organic food"?! i can't stand this place - how can they call it natural cafe when practically none of their food is organic!! a few cakes and muffins, and maybe the coffee - but that's it. not one item of the main food options you eat in the shop is organic. doesn't stop them from charging organic prices though .....

Been there today, and really enjoyed it. For me the coffee really is good, and I had a delicious chicken wrap.

Really awful. Had their bacon sandwich. Which was bacon cooked somewhere else reheated on a choice of breads - nothing is actually cooked or made on premises (I asked and was told it was brought in from central prep centre). This was deeply unsatisfactory - matched only by the terrible counter service and coffee. Was in a queue of one other person but had to wait for what seemed an eternity and then the coffee came out luke warm.
Never again.
NB It is very spacious but I assume this is because most people try once and never return

Natural Cafe? Yet another mediocre chain cashing in on the 'natural' theme. Northcote Road SW11 - below average in every way. asked for gluten free muesli, and was given wholewheat. Waiter could hardly understand the order. Food less than average. Would NOT go back.

Just discovered they have a great organic coffee, which really does taste better than the main coffee shops. I'd only tried the juices before, which are very good.

i agree with Trevor - having paid £4.50 for a jacket potato i assumed it was organic, very disappointed to find out nothing i had was organic. don't assume you know what you're getting ....
