i once made a booking and 5 mins before I was due to be there, they called and said they made a mistake and there was no table. When I asked to speak to the manager they put me on hold for 20 mins and then put the phone down.
As everyone says, great food, customer service abolustely horrific.

I'd have to agree with everyone else, the food is great, the service is awful. Try to book and they'll tell you they're full, arrive with no booking and you must be prepared to wait while the staff suck through their teeth and shake their heads as they try to decide whether you should be allowed to occupy one of the three obviously vacant tables. Then you sit for over an hour waiting for some sign of food - you have to wonder how long it takes to cook sushi.

If you get past the horrible customer service and management, the food is pretty wonderful. Enough said.
