I love this place, the bento boxes are very tasty and great value for money. However I would go somewehere else for the dessert.

I definately recommend this restaurant especially the sushi, its tasty!!

The service was good. No complaints from me!!

Ate here last night and have to say I was a bit dissapointed. Although the food was nice, did not take too long to arrive and was reasonably priced, the service was atrocious. My friend and I were placed at a table right next to the only other two people in the restaurant (why?!) and the waitress was very rude. She dumped the menus on the table without acknowledging us, got annoyed at us when we could not understand her strong accent and gave us very short answers to our questions about the food. There was no smiles from the waitress or any sign that she knew how to provide good customer service. No one came to check out food was ok and the soft drinks we ordered were warm.

On a positive note, the broccoli in oyster sauce my friend had was very nice, as was my ginger chicken. The egg fried rice was a bit of a let down, with not much egg in it and they do not serve any vegetarian friendly noodles and refused to cook just plain noodles for us.

I wouldn't go here again and I would not recommend anyone else goes here.

I also agree that it's a great place. I've taken numerous friends and business types along who vow to return with their friends etc... the recommendations continue.

I've had to singapore noodles about 40 times and the spring rolls too. Plus their Thai curries are v nice too and the atmosphere/service/prices are excellent.

I work abroad quite a bit and as soon as I return, I go to Ikkyusan. Simply because I can never match the good grub and prices. Negative reviews are silly and misrepresent the place. It's great.
