Food was good and arrived promptly. Service let much to be desired eg. the waiter picked up the dishes before my daughter actually finished her meal. Otherwise not too bad. Chickoo ice-cream and milk shake was a farce, would avoid it next time. Rest all was very good.

well we had gone to the restaurant with a party of 15. we had been seated in a rubbish position where we did not want to sit.

well the food was ok not better then jarshan or sokonis, although the service was terrible we had waited for ages and then had found we had found the witer forgot to bring to other dishes.

also after finishing we had asked to take the food we had not eaten to be put in a doggy back, but to find they charge yor for this i though it was a complete disgusting policy compared to other restaurants like sakonis.

alltogether i would not go and eat in tulsi unless they review there policies and services, also i would not reccomend this restaurant to anyone.

Excellent food. Been here twice and loved it each time. On both occasions went with big parties so got to try heaps of dishes. Everything lovely..particularly the baby sweetcorn done in chili. Waiting staff very busy but always helpful.

Went there for a special occasion. The restaurant was not very full and five waiters, who obviously had very little to do, hovered around our table for seven. Obviously same was not the case with the chef because two of the main courses arrived cold and had to be sent back for reheating. They forgot to bring the main course for the seventh person in our party, who obviously got fed up and we had to leave with one of us feeling quite miffed. Thats when the maitre'd stepped up and offered to pack up the 'forgotten meal' at a gallant no charge...wow! no woner then that the packed meal turned out be nothing like what was ordered. Inf fact one of the cheapest dishes on the menu.

I would give Tulsi a miss..and frankly, unless they do something about thier service, so should you...

Yeah, like the post made below by somebody, they do charge you for extra for taking food home you had not eaten. This food is already paid for, and yet they want to charge more. And more, we cannot share a plate with somebody. We were not prepared to order a dish for my two year old daughter, as she cannot eat it all. I would prefer her to share with me, but the stupid policy is we have to order food seperately and cannot share.

I don't think I will ever go to this shitty restaurant again. Anyway, their food was crap compared to others like Jashan and Sakoni.

Excellent food, I asked to see the kitchen and to my surprise the manager gave me a tour. Its underground and they have five chefs from India. All specializing in different types of food. Kitchen is ULTRA clean. Very nice people but the service can lack when its busy. I would give them a try, try the Chinese Bhel, and Paneer Tikka. They always like to try new things so don't just have the safe option, what’s the worst that can happen its all veggi!
