Have been coming to Tulsi for many years now, love it!
Very tasty food in this hidden gem. I love Indian food and, in the three years since I moved to Wembley, the food at this place is the best I've had. The staff are friendly and are happy to adapt your order (hotness, thickness of sauce, etc) to your taste. I'd particularly recommend the Chineese Bhel and Rava Paneer Dosa - both are very delicious!

The best thing of tulsi is never get the food on time. We order thali and lady serve the vegetables at last as our rest of the food got cold. The staff is rude as they dont know how to provide customer service. They always chat among themselves. If you dont give them tip they will stare at you.
I think they need some bloody training or they should close down the restaurant

Oh My God!! That a shameful yesterday I had, I had a Guest from Cardiff & Welse. I thought That I will take them to have Gujarati food at good restaurant, I take them to Tulsi, Ealing Road, we order Thali and other dishes. Trust me, what a disaster food & service we had. hopeless staff service. My Guest were very polite & gentle they did not make a single comment thinking that this is the food standard of this place. but I felt very shame full position. Only one comment they make that " We heard a lot about food of Ealing road is delicious"
This was enough for me. NEVER>>> NEVER>>> NEVER>> TULSI anymore

Had attanded my cousins private party last weekend and I was horrified about this place! The service was awful, the staff were messing around running after each other or chatting on thier mobiles. The bartender was not sure about the prices of the drinks and constantly asked the manager. The food was okish.
The manager was freaking rude, they forgot to hire the DJ and eventually managed to get him in at 10 PM when most people were ready to leave. He demanded full payment in front of all the guests. Considering it was a private event, the toilet was not even cleaned and the gents was flooded. I could carry on, it was the first time I had been and I will never ever ever ever go to this place!!!

An ok place to eat, not the overrated hype that their website claim they are. The food is average to say the least, apart from a few dishes, the service is quite poor in fact, the atmosphere is mediocre ( plastic tables if that's your thing!), and value for money is a tad on the expensive side.
The management if im honest is very poor, for example they made us switch tables halfway through a meal to accommodate other guests! There seems to be a sense of amateurism in their restaurant, like they are doing it for a quick buck hiring staff on minimum wage and making the most money possible without regard for customer satisfaction.
Check out their website for grammatical errors and contradictions/ overhyped words, you'll find loads!!!!! They lost another customer

We wanted to have authentic Indian food and went to Tulsi after hearing about it from a friend.
Ambience is pretty good, the toilete could have been better. However the service was not all that great. The food is also pretty average. I felt the place was pricey for its quality.
The Thali is a very normal thali with nothing great about it.
The Chinese dishes like noodles, fried rice were also not very great. In fact they did not have any salt in them, when we told the same to the waiter he told we could add salt ourselves! (thats when he lost his tips and a customer)
Also the Gobi Machurian was very crispy and did not taste very good
I would not visit again!
