Blu Grass

Great food spoiled by horrendous service. I remembered the good food so went back after a few years.... our food took 1 hour to come out. In the meantime we were moved once from our table (to accomodate a larger party), and our water glasses remained empty. Any attempt at getting an explanation was handled by the waitress rushing off saying "It's coming, it's coming". They topped it off by including small pieces of beef and chicken in my seafood dish (I don't eat meat). No chance of ordering another dish today! Topped off with a 12.5% service charge I had to ask to be removed. Nothing comped! BAD BAD BAD
