Efes Meze Restaurant

I've eaten in lots of Turkish restaurants and this is really one of the best, not only for the food but for the service too. There are dishes to die for here, which you simply don't find in other Turkish restaurants - for example, Sultan's Delight and Temple of Efes. Both are very sophisticated and very delicious - truly packed with subtle flavours.

Do give Efes a go because it earns its place among SE London's better restaurants.

The first bad sign was that the dip tasted of tinned tomato. The started was OK but the main was fairly dismal. Very disappointing

Went in there 18th July Tuesday. It was very quiet. Staff wasn't friendly and we were very dissapointed with food. Bad quality meat and lots sauce with no flavour.Left most of our meal.

Fantastic food and a long menu to choose from. I had the Efe's Special, a fantastic mixed grill of Turkish meats.

Free Bread with a hot dip, and Free Turkish Tea at the end of the meal.
