Efes Meze Restaurant

This place just gets better and better. They've opened up the front now and made a little outdoor area where you can sit and watch the sun set and eat delicious food. I cant rate this place highly enough - the atmosphere makes you feel like your in Turkey. Friendly staff, decent prices and great food - what more can you say ? Way better than the big Turkish chains i've tried. The foods all cooked fresh infront of you on proper charcoal grill.

Some friends recomended it to me and although it was a bit further down Trafalgar road than i expected, it was well worth the walk and i'll certainly be back soon.

Went back to Efes again recently and everything was just perfect. I keep coming back for the great food, stunning Turkish bread and the friendly service. I love coming here so much that I'm heading there again after writing this review.

If you love Turkish food and friendly service, this is a restaurant you must try.

I spent last new year's eve here with my missus and some friends. Belly dancing, champagne, wine and hummus. Couldn't ask for a better night out.

This is a very nice restaurant that I like to come back again and again. Warm and cosy atmosphere, a bit middle-eastern. The meat is grilled in front of you on real coal and the most important part is - the food is not only tasty, but also authentic. Definitely try the meze selection.

The prices are very reasonable + they have cheaper prices for take-away (if you live close by, unfortunately, but logically - no delivery possible).

Overall, not only a good value for money, but also a very enjoyable experience, I definitely recommend for anyone!

I have been here a few times and I LOVED IT me and my husband always come it's and amazing place to relax and unwind after a long day at work since both me and my partner wok in the city.The staff are so so kind and even though they are short staffed they can run food to the tables in perfect timing.

I vistited the resturant with my 4 friends and my little girl, the food was beautiful, for starter we had a delicious selection of meze's and for the main course we had a mix grill which was delightful it was also accompanied by the house red wine whch complimented the meat perfectly. Overall I would rate this resturant a 10 out of 10 an amazing experience thati would never forget. Also it had a really nice child atmosphere and a fantastic child menu. Definately worthy to visit, I also wanted to comment on some of the bad reviews I read them all and I'm terribly shocked with these exagerrated reviews, please read my review and take it into account.

This resteraunt was great. Service, food and even the people who dine there. The food was excellent and on time and the service were very friendly. Also, though short staffed, they made the meal delicious. Definitely one of the best meals of my life.

My husband and I went last night. It was late on a Wendesday and there was only one table of people there, but they still put us all the way at the back near a service area. We ordered appetizers that never came, and waited ages for what turned out to be our mains. No apologies - just questioned whether we'd like some bread. Which also never came.

Maybe because they couldn't see us all the way back there in the corner...
