I've only been here once and it was at a particularly busy time, so I perhaps don't have the best of views. However, that being said, I'm certainly willing to go back just for the food!
I had their Chicken Katsu and Chicken Katsu Curry - both were delightfully tasty, and the curry sauce was delicious! I really enjoyed the added Japanese pickle too (before this trip, I'd only had Katsu Curry without pickle at Wagamama). I also tried their Tamago Nigiri which I didn't particularly enjoy, but I think that was down to my own taste. I'm a very fussy eater!
My other half had their Edamame and Tofu Katsu Curry. He had no complaints, just that the breadcrumb coating didn't seem to stick to his Tofu. Also he wasn't as keen on the Japanese pickle as I was, but again, that was down to his taste.
As for service, it's hard comment seen as it's a kaiten-zushi restaurant. We didn't spend much time with the waiters as they were busy tending to other people. They seemed friendly enough though, but they seemed to have an issue with us ordering our Katsu Curries. On the menu, it clearly states order your hot food, but they told us we had to wait for it to turn up on the conveyor. We ended up waiting for an hour and a half, upon which time we tried ordering again and they got it for us with no trouble.
So the only real issues I had was with that little blip in ordering our hot food. The food was lovely, and the price was awfully reasonable. We paid just under £20 for the both of us with drinks included! I'll definitely be going back again, maybe a better time when it isn't so busy.
