they messed up our order so I had to eat my main course on my own
table cloth was removed before we were ready to leave
food was ok but overpriced. We would not eat here again.

This is a joke. We got there, looked nice, the woman at the door was ok, but once inside we didn't even get served! The man took our order but then as we finished, he mumbled something and walked away. We then called him again, and he just looked at us and shook his head and laughed! When some new people came in he took our menus away and gave them to the other people. We had no idea why we had been rejected, and when other waiter tried to come over he held them back and shook his head. I am currently in another restaurant and am fuming over this. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS RESTAURANT CAN STILL DO BUSINESS?!

My husband and I visited this restaurant last weekend. The food was okay. However the same can't be said of the staff. They can't wait to get you out and the noise from clattering and stacking of plates was awful; The plates both ours and the plates food came on were absolutely cold Where were the food warmers that chinese restaurants usually place food on. By the way the egg fried rice only had two small pieces of egg in it Our wine was slopped in our glasses by the waitress Very disappointing as we had been to two excellent eating places on Saturday where the food was good and the staff extremely pleasant and attentive

I was there with friends one evening last week. It was really bad. The staff is absolutely impolite. Also the whole atmosphere is really worse. I give you the advise: "Donīt go there!"
I've been to many chinese restaurants, but this stay was absolutely worse.
Awful experience - donīt eat there!

Ive been eating in chinatown for over 20 years and its the worst experience Ive ever had. Food was below average. Prices above average. Service the worst.
Go to Wong Kei you would find better service than here. They even had the cheek to add 12.5% service charge when the service was in no better words rubbish
The portions very small. One dish had it seems about 3 tablepoons of salt it was inedible. Air con was so cold the food went cold in about 5 minutes. My partner had to put their coat on. When I mentioned this the waiter said ''GOOD!'' in a very sarcastic tone.
Paid 40 quid for 3 dishes, duck, veg, and (very) small fish dish. Not cheap. STAY AWAY you have been warned.
Whoever wrote the first review obviously works for the restauraunt. Google all the reviews on this, and you will see the consensus view on this place.
