WORST CHINESE FOOD EVER!!!!

The food was an absolute disgrace: cold, unrecognisable cuts of meat and the most shocking service I have ever experienced! The waitresses attitude was outrageous and when we said no-one ordered chicken fried rice, she shouted "yes you did" before realising it belonged to another table. Our of our party of 6 didnt get their starter until we were eating our main course and one other person got their main course when we had finished ours! And they had the cheek to add a 12.5% service charge! The portions were ridiuculous and the fillet steak certainly was not fillet! My beef was pure fat and the curry was like a bowl of soup it was so thin and watery. I complained politely to the staff and they were completely uninterested and refused to listen to my concerns. I insisted the service charge was removed and than some offer of compensation be made due to the fact that most of the food was inedible. They did eventually take £27 from the £130 bill. I never complain about restaurants, if it is bad, i just decide never to go back - but this one took it way too far. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Avoid this place, it' really bad. Main dish came out with the starters, and they forgot my one soup dish. Took 15 minutes to get served, having to ask twice for service. Food was standard and plain. Service was shocking. They really don't care about their customers. I've been to pretty much most of the places in Chinatown, and this one has been the worst.

This restaurant should definitely get the award for the worst chicken cury and roasted duck. The waiters Spoken language is very poor and service is substandard. Avoid it at any cost!

Tasteless food. I was expecting a lot better. I would unfortunately not recommend to anyone.

It would appear that most of the people writing reviews here have never been to a genuine chinese restaurant before. As someone who has frequented the best restaurants in Hong Kong and China frequently over the last twenty years I can assure you that this restaurant, which I went to today for the first time, is one of the better ones in Sohu. The dim sum was good, service reasonable and prices about average. It is a very pleasant place and facilities are good.

This is a joke. We got there, looked nice, the woman at the door was ok, but once inside we didn't even get served! The man took our order but then as we finished, he mumbled something and walked away. We then called him again, and he just looked at us and shook his head and laughed! When some new people came in he took our menus away and gave them to the other people. We had no idea why we had been rejected, and when other waiter tried to come over he held them back and shook his head. I am currently in another restaurant and am fuming over this. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS RESTAURANT CAN STILL DO BUSINESS?!

My husband and I visited this restaurant last weekend. The food was okay. However the same can't be said of the staff. They can't wait to get you out and the noise from clattering and stacking of plates was awful; The plates both ours and the plates food came on were absolutely cold Where were the food warmers that chinese restaurants usually place food on. By the way the egg fried rice only had two small pieces of egg in it Our wine was slopped in our glasses by the waitress Very disappointing as we had been to two excellent eating places on Saturday where the food was good and the staff extremely pleasant and attentive

I was there with friends one evening last week. It was really bad. The staff is absolutely impolite. Also the whole atmosphere is really worse. I give you the advise: "Don´t go there!"

I've been to many chinese restaurants, but this stay was absolutely worse.

Awful experience - don´t eat there!
