Pizza Bella

i went here recently and although the food was tasty, if a little bland, my sister found some metal in her dish! Although they refunded the amount and gave her a new one, it really put us off. Also the toilets were foul, but I find that even in up market restaurants in London, the toilets can be pretty disgusting.

i go to pizza bella constantly and i really enjoy it. it has improved so well and the staff are so friendly and always give good service. its so good for the value of money. and i know they are always trying to improve! when i last went i had a barbeque pizza and it was really tasty. try it and you will want to go again.

sat 10.08.07 and the thinks are great ,food mazy.i had pesta .fantastike.i just can say.i will not mis that eagain.

The last time I went there I had a lovely time. They had run something on the platter I ordered but brought me an alternative and topped up our wine free of charge for the inconvenience. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and enjoyed our meal and were very accommodating. I would recommend it and am going back there for dinner tonight.

I work in Pizza Bella and I really believe that the service is great, we take a good care of the adults and excellent care of the kids. The food is not 5 stars but everything is fresh made and our burgers are incredible!!the prices are ridiculous in ralation of the size of the dishes. Plus the restaurant is in a relly good location. To those who had cold dishes or felf unconfortable during the meal I apologise, sometimes things happen.. mistakes are made.. but we still replace everything you don't like and if you are not happy we take it off the bill. I've been in many places were i haven't been ask wether I was enjoyng my meal or not, nothing has been taken off the bill if I didn't like it!!!And STILL got to pay the service, which we don't have in Pizza Bella.

The customer has the choise to live it or not. Tipping is not obligatory, it is pollite. We are there trying our best to serve you so if you didn't like the service you shoul not leave any, but if you didn't like the food you should ask for a discount. A kitchen mistake can't be turned on us.

Very disappointed. We went for a birthday party. The restaurant was freezing we were shivering during the evening. The staff were friendly but the service was very slow, the starters came after the main course Our food arrived cold,and the dessert was frozen.

Having been there quite a few times I can definetley confirm the new ownership have let the standards slip considerably...once in Feb and last time in November...will be giving this a wide berth. Shame.

Been here many times and have been generally satisfied with everything. I always have the Mussels to start which are not the best but still nice. They have a decent selection of Pasta and Pizza as well. The service is very good and nothing you ask is too much trouble for the staff. Would recommend to go here.

i visited the restaurant last week and had an amazing time, dispite a few bad reviews beforhand i was definetly extreamly supprised!

the staff were great, we laughed and joked the whole way through the meal and my child fell in love with the young manageress who he now calls 'miss pizza bella'.

i recomend everyone go there and try it out for themselves

Pizza Bella was a real old time favourite of ours but we went recently and seems it is under new ownership. The food was very mediocre, not a patch on the loved and sadly missed original pizza Bella. Would be hard pushed to go back, real shame 
