The service is slow, and food is very avarage for the price they charge. The attitude and training of the staff have a lot to improve. When ordering from bruch/breakfast menu, asking for brown toast and I was surprised that they don't have them. I thought they ran out but the answer was they don't even bother to stock them because 'they are not that health conscious'. What an answer!! And when enquired about the salad dressing, the answer was 'there was no dressing on the salad', but when the salad was served, it was coated with olive oil and vinegar. The answer: it's not dressing. When we asked for the bill and wanted to pay and leave, it took us more than 15 minutes to settle, therefore we decided to scrap the service. The waitress wasn't very happy until we demanded for the manager for explaination. After we stepped out, we know we will never come back, ever.

I live near this restaurant and go there a fair bit in the evenings and at weekends. The staff are very friendly and the food is generally very good, and very good value for money. The price of some of the top-end wines almost look like printing errors they offer such good value but when I asked about this I was told that it is deliberate and designed to give good vale for money. How refreshing! The steak is excellent and all the food is clearly fresh. They also do excellent specials which change every day. I would recommend this place to anyone.
