Belowzero Restaurant & Lounge

Ice bar was great but Below Zero is extremely badly organised, waitresses are lovely but it does not make up for the overpriced food, frozen seafood, tables so close to each other that you can hear your neighbours' conversations and some of the staff being very arrogant.

A thoroughly disappointing dining experience so I would suggest trying the Ice bar and then going somewhere else for dinner.

i visited the bar today sat 4 feb 06 and had a fab day it was a mad experience everything about it was great defo going again, in fact recommend it infact 5 friends going to go next week for a birthday bash, food , service all good

Restaurant was a nightmare!! So dark no one could read the menu. I had to hand my mobile around so each person could squint at the menu using the torch on my phone. One bloke gave up and just ordered what sounded the nicest from other orders he heard being given. Had ceviche trio to start. Nice but I did not know what I was eating as too dark to see properly. Mains ok but like everyone else who ordered the same dish, I thought the lemon accompaniment was disgusting -and I love lemon. One person didn't get their main until we had all finised ours and the maitre d's attitude was one of 'it happens'. Having spent well over a grand between seven of us, his attitude was, frankly, disgusting. At least the waiter was good. Absolut Bar fantastic and I would recomment a visit just don't eat in below zero!!
