We love Caramel - they make the best lattes in SW1 and their breakfasts are fantastic. We have been going to Caramel every weekend for several years and have never been disappointed.

Caramel is one of my favourite breakfast haunts, just around the corner from my boyfriend's house. Eggs benedict is very nice, as are the pancakes. The smoothies work wonders on a hangover!

I have to admit that the full English could be better- cheap sausages, unsmoked, often undercooked bacon and nasty sliced white bread. However it does make a very good local restaurant for reasonably priced brunch and light dinners.

Service is very friendly and atmosphere is fine- although can get a little crowded.

I went there for lunch during the Christmas the atmosphere was electric. I had a lovely meal with a delicious dessert. The only downside was that the seats were very close to each other and you could not have a private conversation, but this was probably a case of pack as many people as possible.

Would definately go there again and shall be going for new year lunch on Friday.

I dont usally write reviews but i must comment on the fact that I ate the most DELICOUS PANCAKES with fruit and maple syrup in my life at this place. They were so fresh, light and fluffy with cherries, banana, stawberries maple syrup and a touch of cream. mmmmmmmmmmmmm

The decor is plain and mellow, nothing more than you would expect from a local restaurant, it was quite busy with a mix of cocktail drinkers and dinners so it gave quite a nice buzz. Service was good and quick.

Didnt try the food but this is definately the right place if you need a Sugar fix in the evening.

Shocking! Just returned from a lite lunch at Caramel, I can honestly say I will never be back there again.

The music was so loud you could bearly hear yourself think let alone have a conversation that combined with the waiters crushing ice and sorting out the cutlery right next to our table, I gave up!

The restaurant was very quite just a few tables where occupied, plenty of room to spread out but oh no, the next couple that came in where sat right next to our table and where so close to us it may have well been a table for four.

The food was bland and was nothing like how it was described on the menu, it sounded nice on the menu! The couple next to us would agree, they also where very disappointed in what was put in front of them. Who knew a chicken salad could be so awful.

I have been to Caramel a few times in the past, when it opened it was a good place to go on a week night for a cheap half descent meal but it has deffinately dropped in it's standards.

It should be on the next series on Gordon Ramsey's kitchen nightmares.

This restaurant is a gem among the extremely varied options in the Victoria area. Cosy, reasonably priced and newly decorated Caramel is a lunchtime favourite for SW1's working masses. They have some scrumptious smoothies on offer as well as a varied menu that includes wraps, salads, burgers and mezze. A visit to Caramel is well worth it! Plus they have a cocktail special on Fridays...

So Dissapointing, The coffee I ordered was so hot I could not finish it, Being a chef I could see the short cuts from my breakfast as in the sausages being so tough that you could not cut them,so I knew they had been deep fried, the beans where stone cold, the bacom looked like it had been boiled, does this place probe the temperature of there food? and by the time I left, the coffee was still to hot to drink.

Disapointing,£20 for Breakfast I would rather pay £7 More and go to Fifthteen
