I have just had a business lunch there and thought the atmosphere was very good, the food enjoyable but actually not that amazing (squid was slightly chewy and either overcooked or not as fresh as it could be) but ther service was slightly poor. The young waiter looked like he had just been dragged out of bed, did not know whose dish was whose and had to ask several times. Minor critisism but I think it such a restaurant they should at least remember or note who ordered what. I would go back though.

just had a business lunch at Bertorelli and overall it was very enjoyable. i had scallops for starter as did one other of our party and they were very nice. one of the girls with us was given the wrong starter and the waiter almost accused her of lying when she said she ordered something else.

The steak for main course was good but the extra's such as chips and spinach took a while to come out after the it was delivered. i think everyone else really enjoyed their main.

the pudding although having to remind the staff to bring it out after ordering it was lovely. the lemon tart (which was actually traditional new your cheese cake) was delicious and was worth the wait.

nice wines and although a bit slow at times the staff were friendly.

Just passed by accident and noticed this glamourous restaurant just off fenchurch

Wow everthing spot on

Certainly a place to take clients

Host very charming and sensed we needed a large table as a business lunch. Angela the Italian waitress was wonderful and reccomened the perfect wine to our pasta mains

The food was excellent (best pasta in London)and very quick delivery

I'm so fond I will go no where else at lunch

I thought this restaurant was brilliant. I went along with colleagues for lunch not long after it opened. It has a very smart décor, but it lacks the pretension you have in some other city establishments. There were a couple of hiccups with service that we put down to teething problems but, importantly, they were handled quickly and gracefully. Saving my comments on the best for last - the food. Wow. A stunning beef carpaccio for starters and a wonderful al denté linguine with the freshest seafood for main. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to Italian food and this was up there with the best - simple flavours, good quality ingredients and very well-executed. I know my colleagues were similarly impressed with their choices. A new favourite for client entertainment!

I had lunch here recently and found the atmosphere relaxed despite being busy. The food was quickly served, fresh and very tasty. The menu was varied and interesting. The calleloni was a great staple and the swordfish carpaccio was a flavoursome starter. The staff were pleasant depsite being busy and our not having booked. Well done will definitely be back! Tables a bit cramped.
