I went to this place after reading the reviews. Every word is absolutely true. Great food, good service, only complaint is portions are a bit small, but overall a rare good eating out experience.

This is the best Thai restaurant we have found in London, a little out of the way but easy enough to get to from Abbey Road by bus or from St Johns' Wood station. My husband and I go to Bhan Thai often. The food is always fresh, delicious and very affordable. Lunches are especially good as there are great deals ( well worth it if you can go on weekdays). Penang chicken or red chicken curry and Pad Thai noodles are definite favourites for mains and the dumplings are great starters. The staff are lovely. We would recommend Bhan Thai to all who enjoy authentic Thai cuisine at affordable prices. We love it!

When I moved to London this was the first restaurant I went to... and it definately didn't disappoint. I have been there many times with my boyfriend and it is extremely good value and the food is delicious. Service is very friendly. Having moved from the area I still venture back- and they occasionally deliver to us... even though we are out of the catchment are... true service. Definately recommend.

I love BhanThai's quality of food and service. The food is very authentic, and the staff pleasantly warm. I have visited many Thai resturants and being Thai myself i would definatley say this one of the best so far!!

There many good Thai restaurants in London, but there are also many mediocre ones. This is one of the good ones. Excellent Thai food at very reasonable prices. My wife and I had the tom yong soup, pad thai and a red curry. We were happy with all of them. Including beer and water, it was less than £30. Service was a bit slow at the end as we were trying to get our bill, but this was inconsequential...we will definitely be going back.

My fiance and I visited Bhan Thai last Friday and genuinely enjoyed the experience. Lovely fresh food, service with a smile in a intimate and homely environment, and all very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for a romantic dinner for two.

I've been to this fantastic Thai restaurant uncountable times now. In and around London there aren't many that are authentic and excellent value for money. The menu is broken down into easy selections which if you're not a pro can be harrowing in many other Thai restaurants!

The staff are always friendly and efficient. The manager seems to have a fantastic memory as he always remembers how i like my 'Weeping Tiger' and 'Som Tum.' My other half, a Thai no less, says its just as her Mother would cook.

We go here regularly -- at least once a month -- and find the food is consistently delicious. The staff already seem to know us and the interior is warm and inviting. I've strayed from my usual favorite Thai dishes here and tried many things from the menu, and I haven't been disappointed.

Fantastically yummy! My family and friends eat here at least once a week.The food is fresh and authentic, and the staff are lovely and personable.Its extremely well priced and the portions are generous and tastey.They also provide a free delivery service for the neighbourhood for the lazybones.
