Why are the previous reviews dated back to the year 2005. Has brethren stopped going to this restaurant or just too lazy to jot something down after eating the good food ovation has to offer. I would like to know. I am a Ghana / Niger mix and i do like to sample different types of dishes. I have been to most Ghanaian restaurants which i liked, and few Niger ones which are not bad at all, but i would like to sample this one. So please can someone who has been there recently tell me all about it. The food, service, decor, price etc. Or maybe i should try and make my way there and check it out myself. Its a bit far from me, but i will try.

Please please do not listen to 'yello' he or she obviously came into the restaurant with a bad taste inbreded in their spirit.
I too celebrated my birthday at Ovation and have frequented the place since. They do not specialise in Ghanian food but Nigerian foods and some western cuisines. So there is something for everyone. For those up for the challenge there is the 'McCLAPPER'

I celebrated my 24th birthday at Ovations and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was very relaxing with an impressive decor. The owner was extremely friendly and took the time out to explain items on the menu. I enjoyed the fried plantain and gizzard starter. This restaurant also serves my favourite - hot snails, which was fantastic. Food was great value for money and my friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Will be sure to visit again.

should stick to ghanaian food that they know well. Attempting nigerian food was a no no. Ogbono tastes like the fairy liquid.
