I absolutely love Little Bay. I used to work in restaurants as an Assistant Manager and my boyfriend is a chef, so it is not easy to please us both, but we consequently go back there for more and introduce our friends to this place.

I like the design and food - oh it is so delicious. And I try to always make sure to have enough space for dessert - I love their banoffee pie and cheesecake.

The service is excellent and value for money great - for two of us we usually spend less then £50 and that's for 2x3 courses and drinks.

Can't wait to go there again

Great food, quirky and cool deco (a bit retro and arty), friendly staff and best of all the value for money. The menu has a good combination of different types of european cuisine and the wine selection is good too. Definetely I recommend it. Plus anyone stopping for lunch can then go for a coffee to the deli across the road, the Spezia with the best coffee probably in the whole of the greater Croydon area.

I ate here for the first time recently and I can't wait to go back again with friends and family. The food was nice, but I couldn't get over the value for money.

My boyfriend and I ordered a bottle of house red, both had a starter and a main (too full for dessert) and the bill came to £32.00! I think that is real value for money.

It's a quirky little restaurant, complete with retro red candle in a bottle, but it adds to the charm.

Def gets a thumbs up from me!

What can I say a great little place, the food is wonderful, the staff are charming & the price is great, I have been there twice this month & both times sat in a booth, which makes it very personal! Great for a family meal or romantic meal for 2!

I had the crab in choux pastry which was lovely, then the Duck which was cooked perfectly, followed by the Chocolate Brownie, I thought I had died & gone to Heaven!!!!

I have been on a Friday night which was very busy & on a Sunday evening which was not so busy, but still had a great time!!

Was recommended to visit this place for a cheap alternative to your brasserie type restaurant but keeping the quality of the food... it didn't disapoint!!

First impressions of the place were that there's a restaurant in a building that I've drove past many of times and never knew a restaurant could have been in there. On the inside we were really suprised with the decor, it was a bit surreal but if you're going to go to this restaurant get a booth!! I can't really explain the decor but it's different and quirky, and me and my partner liked it!!

I had cured salmon on a bed of lettuce, beetroot and orange... It was gorgeous!! My partner had prawns in a batter like coating with a chilli mayonaise... that was lovely!!

For our mains I had the lamb steak with chilli potatoes and my partner had a steak with some creamy sauce. Both were really fantastic!! my lamb was medium rare and cooked to perfection!! Really tasty with the mint buttery sauce, the potatoes were just new potatoes with chilli flakes but still really nice!! My partner has her steak well done but the meat still managed to melt in your mouth and was a real treat!!

I had a chocolate brownie desert with ice cream and my partner had a vanilla cheesecake and both were really nice!!

I would definately recommend this place!! it was so good we're going to go back there for sure!! Service was first class, food top notch and the atmosphere nice and chilled!!

Can't go wrong 2x 3course meals, a bottle of beer, a bottle of rose and 2x baileys for under £60!!

We had a very enjoyable meal at The Little Bay today. The staff were very welcoming. The deco was amazing. The food was oh so good to. If I had any complaint, it would be the choice of vegetables. Stick beans and potatoes. We ordered extra vegetables with our lunch, and that was it. (no carrots, cauliflower, cabbage etc) However, the price was right, so was the service, and the deco was lovely. So yes, we would come back.
