Awful!
I first went here a few years ago and vowed I'd never go back but in a moment of weakness some friends convinced me to give it ago. Well never again.
The tables were sticky, the service was atrociously slow, the beer was flat, the food was cold and everything was greasy. The Thai salad was limp and coated in a kind of syrup lacquer - nothing could be further removed from Thai! The entertainment, which was second rate at best, was so loud and imposing that it shattered any ambience that there might have been and rendered conversation impossible.
Oh and if you really want a coronary, order up an onion loaf. I've never been served anything more disgusting in my life. If you're really lucky the fat will congeal on the plate before it gets to your table.
Never again.

What an awful experience!!
12 of us went to tony's on Saturday, we had made a reservation well in advance but when we turned up out table had no cutlery, napkins etc. They took 25 minutes to take our drink order, we then had another long wait before they took our food order.
When the starters arrived, most of them were just warm, the onion loaf was cold and had to be taken back after some cheeky comments from the waiter.
The mains were worse! Stone cold chips, my ribs were more fat than meat, the only I ate was the corn on the cob. Everyone said their chips were cold.
When we tried to get a waiter's attention to get the food taken back, no one could be found and by that point, we just couldn't be bothered. We couldn't wait to get out of there although I wish we had made more of a fuss because they certainly didn't deserve the 10% service charge!!
Never again!!!

We were a little dissapointed when we ordered beef rib and only after about 10 mins were told the last one was sold four days ago. we then ordered a steak medium which arrived rare. seeming as there were only around four tables of two in the restaurant (not nearly enough to consider it a busy service), I got the idea that the chef might need lessons on cooking steaks wich is a bit rich as it is a steakhouse and not exactly on the cheap side.
