Hunters of Cockfosters

My wife and I visited this restaurant for our 2nd wedding anniversary. My wife had the sea bass which was lovely and I had the set menu which offered a nice variety to choose from, I was very impressed. The set menu in my opinion was good value for money and generally had dishes I would have chosen. I enjoyed every course and they were well presented on the plate.

The staff were very helpful and we received a good service. I will return to this restaurant.

for several years i go with my family at hunters and they never dissapoint me. i tryed all the food from fish (grilled or with sauce) to steaks, beef dishes and spaghetti dishes. they are a delight for my mouth and i dont know which of them to choose every time when i go there. the desserts -magnificent- speccialy the home made .the staff is very welcoming, friendly , funny and professional.

Congratulations to the best restaurant in the land for winning the restaurant of the year award again!!!!

This amazing eatery is pure class!! The food outstanding, the service excellent and the portions are huge. This establishment has set the benchmark for great places to eat and i for one am a regular hence my slightly biased view!!!!

My guests are always very satisfied and the decor is to die for.

WELL DONE HUNTERS!! Keep up the good work!!!!

We went to Hunters for dinner with four other friends last November. The food was delightful. I enjoyed my escargot and the Steak Diane to the last bite despite the very generous portions. I did share some of my partner's Lumpy Bumpy desert and everyone had a laugh with the twisting of names.

Our guests could not thank us enough for the great choice we made. The cherry on the cake was to recognise the daddy of the famous George Michael dining with his mates next to our table. Sounds like few other names like to dine there from time to time.

We been spoiled with attention from the moment we enter the door and got surrounded by waiters offering to take coats, to the jokes of the manager, the service with a smile and the drink on the house from the owner.

Hunters of Cockfosters offers delicious meals of great value for money and has been our regular local restaurant for few years now.

We would highly recommend you try it for yourself!
