I enjoyed this place. It's fun. Service was good, cocktails very nice (£6 isn't excessive really) and it made for a very entertaining portion of the evening. Would visit again without question for a fun thing to do with friends.

I went here with some friends last night and I was really disappointed. The concept is great but in reality it feels like a little room you're all bustled into for 40 minutes. the "coats" you're given are really just gross silver ponchos with ski glove type things attached. The cocktails we had were awesome and it's definately an experience but to be honest just stay in the bar outside it's far warmer and much nicer!

Went here with my boyfriend had a great time its something really different the staff are really friendly and the drinks are great, its not the cheapest bar in the world but your in mayfair so what do you expect! This is a must you pay £12 to get in but this gives you your firts drink free and refills are £6 so its not to expensive. Try it out it was so good i couldnt stop laughing!

It is a waste of money. You go into an ice room, crammed with people, so you lose your friends easily. You wear a warm coat. You pay £12 and get one drink, no food and you are force out after 20-30 minutes. You can eat out in London for that, and you have only had 20 min of fun. Not worth it sorry.

I laugh at the people who love this bar.Are you so gullible. It is overpriced. We were charged £12 on a Monday.I am from Finland and only went because my friends were going. Why not wait for the winter and you and your friends can sit outside in the cold and drink.Same effect and it's cheaper.

Had the food last night and it was really, strikingly underwhelming. The sort of place Gordon Ramsay visits in his "Kitchen Nightmares" series. The menu was tiny and confusing; do you want "small" or "large" food? Because it's all too small anyway and what it really means is "overpriced" or "really overpriced". For instance, bit of ham and a breadstick: £7. A side of steamed brocolli: £3. Small bowl of cold McCain's oven chips: £3. This place is crazy.

The service was abysmal, in the non-ice bar it's meant to be a table service but we sat there for 10 minutes whilst the large number of feckless staff wondered around gossiping instead of taking our order. They cheekily add a 12.5% service charge to everything and then insist you leave a tip AS WELL or else get scowls from the rude staff all night long. That service charge makes the cheapest bottle of wine £18, or £4 for a beer. 750ml of still water for the table cost £4.50. I'm no cheapskate, but I like value for money. This place sucks and I'd recommend strongly against it. Only people who seemed to be enjoying themselves were tourists on their first day in London who hadn't figured out the value of pounds sterling.

Some of the drinks can be quite delicious. The bar is cool but only because of the temperature, otherwise it's boring! Nothing to do, nothing to see. They could have done so much more with the place . . . but they didn't. In short, not worth the price. It should be noted, however, that the staff were friendly and helpful.

(Note that I didn't have any food so I can't rate it.)

It was too cold we stayed there for 20 minutes, the drinks were pricey and there was no where to sit.
