Burgers were good but service was appalling. Everything that was asked for had to be ordered twice or three times. Staff didn't know what types of wine were red or white. Really amateur.

There is now a new Haché in Fulham (Fulham Road near the cinema); more spacious than the original one and very attractive and welcoming. Busy though with two sittings per night.
My lamb burger was beautifully pink with side sauces of redcurrant jelly, mint, and tzatziki, perfect and a welcome change from beef. My fat chips were delicious and the creme brulée just about right. Great, friendly service and a perfect way to unwind on a Friday night.

Went to Hache last night to grab a quick bite before a gig. The burgers were fab and soooo filling - I had the Canadian and it was covered in cheese and bacon. Ordered a portion of frites to share between 2 of us and there were plenty. The only problems I had were with the service, which was a bit slow (but it was pretty busy) and the fact that they add a huge 12% service charge straight to your bill!
I'd definitely go again - liked it much more than GBK.

I've been back to Hache burger a few times recently with friends recently and although the quality of the food remains high the cooking has been somewhat erratic. A burger ordered rare came almost well done, and another came medium another time. Thankfully the last time it was back on track so hopefully it was just a passing phase (or chef).

Having read how good the beef burgers were here I ordered one rare. I wasn't disappointed and this certainly the best burger I've had in London. Frites came already very salted (not that I complained), glass of house red I had was perfectly acceptable. My friends who I dragged there on a Saturday night are now dragging me back tonight.

Have visited Hache twice now. The burgers are decent quality. I opted for the double burger with an oversized mushroom on top at £10.95 both times. I wouldn't recommend it if you're on a first date or have recently healed cold sores because it about 4 inches thick. You won't be disappointed with the burgers. They're as good as you'd find at any other posh burger bar in London.
I wasn't impressed with the sides though. I had chunky chips at £2.50 and onion rings at £2.50. The chunky chips come in a tiny bowl. That gets my back up straight away. Are potatoes rationed or something? As somebody else commented here they don't look or taste like home made hand-chipped chunky chips. Another negative was that they were greasy and quite a few had turned into crunchy "fossils" (where it looks like a chip but the the potato inside has vanished)
The onion rings were better than the chunky chips but still too greasy for my liking. One plus was that the onion inside made up a big part of the overall onion ring.
The side sauces were limited to ketchup, mayo, and three different type of mustard. Some steak sauce and definitely some brown sauce would have been welcome. I don't know about you but if I've got a chip or burger in front of me the choice is between tomato sauce or brown sauce. Mustard is for Hot Dogs.
The beer menu was dreary with only about 4 to choose from. I counted about 4 deserts on the menu. The waitress said 2 of them were not available so that left ice cream and creme brulee to pick from. How can a London restaurant run out of 2 of it's 4 desserts at 7:00PM on a Saturday night?
The toilet is the worst part of the restaurant. There is a single toilet in a tiny space in desparate need of refurbishment. The floor of the toilet is sticky, uneven concrete, painted brown. The seat is clear plastic with a spider and barbed wire embedded in it. It's the sort of toilet you take one look at and decide to hold it until you get home. The worst thing about the toilet is that it is only 10 feet from the open plan cooking area.
Service was excellent on both visits. Staff were friendly, professional, the food didn't take long to come out, and you felt looked after.
In summary, Hache is close to being a very good restaurant. The burgers, service and eating area are excellent but the detail lets it down.

Been to Hache a couple of times and what can i say fanatastic food and service a really enjoyable night. Also a very welcoming restuarant with its chilled interior decor which is cooler than Camden.
My favourite burger is the mexican delicous use to be the spanish this is a good sign as i feel that the restaurant is creating new ideas for the burgers and has kept my interest in Hache.
Overall
A lovely, enjoyable and groovy gourment experience.

Went for dinner last Friday and had an excellent time. The place was pretty busy and it's probably worth booking, certainly required for more than 2 people. The burgers were excellent (the forest burger, with mushroom and pesto was truly fabulous) and the sides were of a similar standard - lovely onion rings, nice green salad including green beans and a honey/mustard dressing, rather than the usual bilge. It's a nice decor, and the service was polite and unobtrusive. The only problem was the wine we chose - a bottle of rose that really was flat as a pancake. So maybe choose with care from the short wine list! Total bill for 2 was £50 - I felt this was good value, good quality food, and definitely deserves repeat trips!

After wandering around Camden starving hungry but not enough to eat anything grim from the market i stumbled apon Hache. I sat down and felt instantly relaxed and looked after in this cute cosy restaurant. I ordered the Mexican and a smoothy. It arrived just as i'd ordered it, pink on the inside and i sunk my teeth in what can only be described as a burger from the gods!! You might think i'm over exaggerating but until you taste one of these burgers you couldn't imagine how good they are. Go! It's the best burger you'lll ever taste. I just hope they open one near me!

Have eaten at Hache (in the restaurant and a few take aways) quite a few times and have always been really happy with the food and service.
The meat used in the burgers is always of a very high quality and the range of additions you can get should cater for a lot of tastes - all the burgers seem very good - I'm told the veggie options are very nice.
The place itself is bigger than it appears from the outside but seems to be able to cater for an intimate meal or larger groups (most we've had in there is seven).
Very much enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere - pricey for burgers, but at this quality you're paying for what you get.
Highly recommended and I'll certainly visit again.
