My boyfriend and I ate here on Saturday night with the Top Table offer - you get a set menu for half price. We paid £36 and got a selection of 10 mezes (hot and cold) - delicious, and then a big plate of really good quality chicken and lamb kebabs. The cheapest wine on the menu is £15 (white) or £20 (red) so does bump it up a bit but the food is excellent. I really liked the decor and atmosphere - all feels very plush. Service was good, although could have been a bit more warm and funnily enough it was almost too quick - we had about 30 seconds after finishing one course before the next one was brought along!
I would recommend this restaurant - good for couples or large groups.

Booked for 4 people on a Friday night.
Busy, lively atmosphere, lots of groups, families and couples dining together.
We shared a selection of cold mezes and a couple of plates of hot chicken and lamb meat including a delicious aubergine puree served with pomegrante seeds, the waiters brought over hot lebanese bread throughout service.
I selected a bottle of Pinot Blanc which was very drinkable and although a little pricey matched well with the meze / meat selection. The entire wine list was quite expensive actually and really bumped up the bill.
We finished dinner with mint tea and complimentary balacava sweets. A really nice end to the meal.
Recommended.

My friend and I went there for a half-business/half-pleasure meal last night and I must say I was quite impressed with the restaurant andall aspects of the meal.
We used the 50% off food deal on offer and they were very welcoming straight away and explained which set courses were part of it. Wine was reasonable and a decent bottle cost us about £25.
The food came out in a timely fashion, was explained and presented very well by the waiter and was really excellent. Usual sort of starters one expects in a Middle-Eastern restaurant however all were done very well. The main courses of grilled meats were also very good, we asked not to have a dessert but to skip straight to coffee for health and fitness reasons which they were fine with, however points for them making the effort to bring us coffee AND some healther cakes for dessert which we did eat.
I would say with the 50% offer this restaurant is definitely worth a visit, without it may be a bit on the costly side. Our bill came to £64 excluding service, without the deal it would have been more like £100.

I had the pleasure enjoying this restaurant on Saturday for a friend’s birthday, I wouldn’t know where to start explaining what a wonderful experience it was, the whole feeling was very exclusive first of all you walk in from the chaotic Piccadilly Circus to be greeted by some very friendly faces and seated in such a clam atmosphere. It has extremely classy décor and when the food arrived it was all served with a smile and placed delicately on the table, if you like cheese the manaesh with cheese it like little pieces of heaven. We were given our time to eat and not disturbed and as the brought the birthday dessert they played the happy birthday tune for the birthday girl which was very sweet. It was all so relaxed and a very enjoyable experience. Finally when the bill arrived we were all surprised just how little it cost for such a fantastic experience.
Would defiantly recommend it, a must have experience.

I have visited Noura on Jermyn street last wednesday, and i really enjoyed the experience. The food was excellent, the service is attentive and warm, and staff are charming.
We had few dishes to start with, which where excellent. Then we had cutlets and a mixed grill for mains and they were absolutely tasty and delicious. Ice cream towards the end where really enjoyable. We were offered baklawa as well.
I recommend this place to people who fancy lebanese cuisine.
I will go again when i am in the area.

The food is always so fresh and tasty, i had the Noura Menu and we enjoyed this wonderful selection of Mezzes followed by those excellent Mixed grilled meats!

Noura Central was a mixed dining experience. The decor and atmoshphere is of the highest order. The food is average. The mezze is ok but beleive me I have had much better Lebanese, at greater value for money, at other locations. The service is dis-interested at best. This might be acceptable to you but for my guests who had special dietary requirements and needed to be talked through their options, this aspect of the service was sadly lacking.
If you want to experience over-priced Middle Eastern food in an atmospheric environment, then this is the place for you.

I beg to differ with the previous reviews.
We went as a group of four and had the suggested menus.
The food was ok but not much more....the mezze is nice and theres lots of it but M&S does better tasting dishes.
Vegetarian mains from the suggested menu weren't worth bothering with. The Noura menu mains were the best thing we ate - tender, tasty meats.
Then we had ice creams - if there is one thing I know about, its ice cream. We tried all of the ice creams and though the orange blossom one and the melon sorbet were lovely, the rest were just alright. Sainsburys does better baklava.
Most outstanding was the service. It was rude and stroppy. The waitress failed to bring all our food, when I pointed this out to her she brought two other waiters to peer at our table and confer and then, about twenty minutes later, brought us some more of the wrong food. She and the other staff also had a rather unusual habit of stretching over one of us to lay cutlery/pour wine/set food down for another of our group. She managed to put her arm right up to my companions face whilst he was eating, in an attempt to pour some wine. It was so bad it was funny.
Overpriced. Over-hyped. Should get over itself.
