The restaurant looks great but the food and the service were rubbish. We had to wait the food more than an hour and the meat was still raw. We asked the manager to get another dish with proper cooked then got another dish which was overcooked. The food is overpriced. I would not recommend anyone to go this lebanese restaurant. We could hear that some of staff arguing and shouting each other.

I totally disagree with the previous reviews, Noura Piccadilly is my favourite Lebanese restaurant in town. Every visit we get excellent service, staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly. Food is excellent, full of flavours, and the meats are so tender!!

Will always go back!!

Having had wonderful Lebanese food in London every time we have visited at several other restaurants we thought we would give Noura a try (08/02/10) how disappointed we were. Miserable staff and extremely small servings. Food was overpriced and the set lunch was totally uninspiring! Meat main course had resonable flavour but consisted of a very small lamb sausage and 4 small pieces of chicken, having asked for a vegetarian main option for other half we were amazed when she was given no options and what turned up was plain rice and overcooked green beans in a totally bland and 'out of a tin' tomato sauce!

Went for dinner on 3rd August 2009, we were very unimpressed. The food was nice but the servings should have been twice as big for the money we paid. We felt ripped off.

Also, the staff need to focus on serving the customer, not just swanning around trying to look good.

I find the food overpriced for what it is and the staff are rude when they feel you don't give enough tips (gave 10% since they were not doing much and were trying to avoid bringing us bread for the mezes).

Gourmet Chick - 3/10

Wednesday, January 06, 2010 - Rather than a shared platter of mezze we each got our own individual plate. There was some creamy hommus with a strong garlic flavour, a dip of smoky eggplants known (mouttabal), tabbouleh salad, a small puff pastry triangle filled with spinach called fattayer, and crispy felafel. It was quite a feast for an individual starter. The mezze was served with bread served puffed up fresh from the oven...The food was really quite good but in this situation the service really ruined our meal and left us feeling flustered and sweaty at the play after our sprint to the theatre door.
