La Petit Auberge (Teddington)

I recommend La Petite Auberge 100% if you are looking for great (French)food at a reasonable price. My usual is L'auberge @ the Queen's Head in Weybridge, but La petite Auberge is just as good. I would say that I ate better French food in both auberges than in some places in France.
The staff is very friendly and service efficient. Would highly recommend fresh oysters, snails in garlic butter, confit de canard, home made patés... and so on...

The Petite Auberge is my favourite Teddington restaurant (and there are about 15) The food is consistently good, beautifully presented and good value and is great if you just fancy a crepe- their fish soup is a meal in itself and you cant fault a Sunday lunch menu of £6.50 for two courses. Nice atmosphere too, and although I dont have kids its nice that they are family friendly.
